Do you have a physical store?

We have a showroom in Istanbul Bahçelievler. If you would like to visit us and have a cup of coffee, we welcome you :) The shortest way to all of our products is to visit our website. How do I do the Return – Exchange process?

Return steps:
1. Go to "My Returns" from the "My Account" section of Zindi.com.tr.
2. Click the Create New Request button and complete your transactions.
3. Select the product and shipping reason.
4. Put the receipt/invoice together with the products in one package.

What is your Returns Policy?

• The return period is 14 working days from the date you receive it. Unpaid products are not refundable. Keep your invoice.

• In order to return your products for FREE, you need to get a return shipping code.
• You can return your products with the shipping company shown in the return step.
• If products reach us used, worn or washed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.

Can I change the size / number?

Will I pay for the shipping costs of the Return / Exchange?

Return steps: • You can send your returns for FREE with Yurtiçi Kargo company.
(only one time free) In case of exchange, there is no charge when sending to Zindi, but the product with the size change is sent to you with a counter-payment. Shipping Fee is 8.99 TL. • Do not forget to specify the return shipping code when delivering your cargo.

When will I be refunded for the products I have returned / canceled?

The returned product process is as follows:
* After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
* If the product complies with the return conditions, the return process is completed within 5-10 business days.
* If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address with payment.
• When your return is complete, an information message will be sent to your membership e-mail.
• If you have received this message, it means that your bank has been refunded by Zindi.
• The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your card depends on your bank. If you paid with a credit card, it usually takes a few days. You must contact your bank for a non-reflective fee refund. For debit cards, the time for the refund to be reflected in your account is longer.
• Zindi pays the fees of the purchases made in installments to the bank at once. The bank returns this amount to your credit card as much as the number of installments per month. For example: If you bought it in 3 installments, the refund will be completed in 3 months.

I placed an order with Cash on Delivery. How is the refund made?

Payment at the Door Returned product process is as follows:
* After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
* If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address with payment.
The refund of your purchases made with Cash or Credit Card at the door is transferred to your bank account.
In the blank area on the back of the invoice you receive, it is sufficient to share the iban information of the person for whom the order was created.

Is there a refund for the Pay at the Door shipping fee?

Since the payment at the door is a service fee, the service fee is not refunded. Your refund amount will be transferred to your account by deducting the service fee.

My 14 business days return period has expired, can I return the product?

According to the Distance Sales Agreement, the return period for a product purchased from the internet or mobile is 14 business days. The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the product from the cargo. Returns cannot be made for expired products.

When will my order arrive?

Your orders until 16:30 - 17:00 are given to Cargo SAME DAY. The biggest feature of our company is to prepare your order quickly and deliver it to you in the fastest way.
Since our estimated delivery time is calculated on business days, the specified time does not include weekends and public holidays. Your orders placed between these periods will be delivered to the cargo within the first working day.
• You can also access and track the delivery status of the products you have purchased from the "My Orders" page in the "My Account" section.
• After it is shipped, you can track the shipping stages of your order from the "Where is my Cargo?" link in the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section.

Where is my cargo?

If you have placed an order as a member, you can easily track the status of your cargo from the "my account" - "my orders" screens. If you have placed an order without being a member, you can make an inquiry by clicking on the "Cargo Tracking" under the "help" field of our website, by typing your e-mail address and order number that you have written while ordering. With which courier will my order be sent?

Your orders are sent by the cargo company that we have a contract with. We have an agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo.

How much is the delivery fee?

Our shipping charges are 8.99. (Currently, SHIPPING is FREE on All Products) On Campaigns and Special Days, shipping is FREE for your purchases of a certain amount or more.

Do you have the option to pay at the door?

Of course, you can pay with Cash on Delivery or Credit Card with one shot. You have the opportunity to pay for the product you want the way you want.
Our customers who place an order with Pay at the Door can only cancel their orders 2 times (after the product is prepared and shipped) or the cargo has arrived at the address and not received it.
Note: Our customers who have 2 cancellations or return cargo to our center without delivery will be cancelled. They will only be able to shop with Credit Card or Wire Transfer method.

How much is the shipping fee at the door?

Transactions made at the door are charged by the courier. The service fee is 8.99 TL.

My order has been shipped. I want to change address.

My order came when I was not at my address.

If you are not at your address, the courier company leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from your branch. An SMS is sent to your mobile phone number informing you that it is not available at your address. Cargo does not come to your address for the second time. You must receive your cargo from the branch within 3 days. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to zindi. If you want the cargo returned to Zindi to be shipped again, the shipment will be made to your address, provided that you pay the shipping fee again.

My order was incompleted.

• Always open your order next to the courier.
If package content is missing or incorrect:
1. Never take delivery of the cargo.
2. Attach “Damage Assessment Report” to the cargo officer.
3. Send the product/box back to zindi with this report and invoice.
• If you did not open the product with the cargo officer, please send us your request through communication channels with a detailed explanation of the situation and a few photos. Our Expert Customer Advisor will review your request and return as soon as possible.
