ORDER – CARGO AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

 

Welcome to the Order - Shipping and Delivery Conditions page. We have tried to answer all the questions you may have in the list below. If the information below is insufficient, please contact us via our contact page for detailed information.

When will my order arrive?

Your orders will be delivered to Cargo within 1 - 3 working days at the latest.
Some products are shipped the same day. Since our estimated delivery time is calculated on business days, the specified time does not include weekends and public holidays. Your orders placed between these periods will be delivered to the cargo within the first working day.
• You can also access and track the delivery status of the products you have purchased from the "My Orders" page in the "My Account" section.
• If there is a text “Delivered in 24 hours” on the product, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. These products are “FAST DELIVERY” products.
• After it is shipped, you can track the shipping stages of your order from the "Where is my Cargo?" link in the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section.

Where is my cargo?

If you have placed an order as a member, you can easily track the status of your cargo from the "my account" - "my orders" screens. If you have placed an order without being a member, you can make an inquiry by clicking on the "Cargo Tracking" under the "help" field of our website, by typing your e-mail address and order number that you have written while ordering. Click to inquire about your cargo

With which courier will my order be sent?

Your orders are sent by the courier company we have contracted with. We have an agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo.

How much is the delivery fee?

Our shipping charges are ………….. On campaigns and special days, the shipping is FREE for your purchases of a certain amount or more.

Do you have the option to pay at the door?

Of course, you can pay with Cash at the Door or Credit Card with one shot. You have the opportunity to pay for the product you want the way you want.
Our customers, who place an order with Pay at the Door, have the opportunity to cancel their orders only 2 times (after the product is prepared and shipped) or the cargo has arrived at the address and not received it.
Note: Our customers who have 2 cancellations or return cargo to our center without delivery will have their option to pay at the door cancelled. They will only be able to shop with Credit Card or Wire Transfer method.

How much is the shipping fee at the door?

Transactions made at the door are charged by the courier. The service fee is 5.00 TL.

My order has been shipped. I want to change address.

In case of an address change request, you can change your address under the My Account menu until the products start to be prepared. After the products have started to be prepared, you can forward your address change request by contacting our Customer Services team.

My order came when I was not at my address

If you cannot be found at your address, the courier company leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from your branch. An SMS is sent to your mobile phone number informing you that it is not available at your address. Cargo does not come to your address for the second time. You must receive your cargo from the branch within 3 days. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to zindi. If you want the cargo returned to Zindi to be shipped again, the shipment will be made to your address, provided that you pay the shipping fee again.

My order was incomplete

• Always open your order next to the courier.
If the package content is missing or incorrect:
1. Never take delivery of the cargo.
2. Attach a "Damage Assessment Report" to the cargo officer.
3. Return the product/box with this report and invoice to zindi.
4• If you did not open the product with the cargo officer, please send us your request through the communication channels with a detailed explanation of the situation and a few photos. Our Expert Customer Advisor will review your request and return as soon as possible.

My order was canceled without my knowledge

Do you have shipments abroad?

Currently, we only have deliveries within the borders of Turkey.

What time will my product be delivered?

By Yurtiçi Kargo:
* Weekdays 09:00 – 18:00
* Delivery is made on Saturday between 09:00 and 13:00.
* No delivery on Sunday.

You can place an order through our customer representative between 09:00 – 18:00 on weekdays.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Of course, you can get gift wrapping. If you have a note, you can write it at the time of order.
Your gift orders are sent in a special box and packaging for Zindi.
A one-time Gift Certificate and Carrying Bag are included as an extra for your next purchase.

How much is the gift wrap fee?
